Sage Days 125: combinatorics, number theory, dynamical systems and geometry

From January 29th to February 1st 2024 in Maison de la nature du bassin d'Arcachon (France) in the parc ornithologique du Teich.

Main thematics will be combinatorics, number theory, dynamical systems and geometry. Developers for software SageMath, PARI/GP, flint and others projects have confirmed participation.

Mentoring

During the week, we propose a system of mentoring.

Participants will be asked to report on their issues/problems/difficulties to his/her mentor in priority.

If a specific point appears frequently, a tutorial on it will be scheduled.

    • 11am: attribution of mentors and start working on the projects
    • afternoon: continue working on the projects
  • Tuesday
    • 10am: pair programming quiz
    • 5pm: status report in small groups
  • Wednesday
    • 9am: work on projects
    • 5pm: status report in small groups
  • Thursday
    • 9am: work on projects
    • 2pm: global report on projects
